When buying a property from us, both a reservation fee of £5,000 and an administration fee of £299+VAT are required in order to ensure disappointment is avoided.
10% of the property value is due on exchange within six weeks of receiving the legal pack from our solicitors. Upon completion, your reservation fee is deducted from the final balance due.
In return you can expect a comprehensive and friendly service focused on a fast turnaround with completions typically five working days after being served a building regulations completion certificate of works.
