COVID-19 Update

Important information for visitors, relatives and friends of Sterling House

Vaccinations

All care providers at Sterling House have been vaccinated against Covid-19 and residents have also been vaccinated upon moving into their Care Suite, ensuring the utmost safety for all. Testing regimes will be completed as per current Government guidelines.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

White & Sterling is continually monitoring any changes to Government issued guidance and we adapt our ways of working accordingly. Our policies and procedures include a wide range of enhanced hygiene and clinical procedures which have been developed based on the information issued by the NHS, Public Health England and the Department of Health and Social Care. To date, we have not had any cases of Covid-19 as a result of the strict procedures we have implemented to protect the health of our residents.

There have been no cases of Covid-19 in Sterling House to date. In the event that there is a Coronavirus case inside Sterling House, all residents will be notified and protocols put in place.

Visiting protocol as follows:

We encourage visits however you will be asked to wear a face mask follow hygiene rules and practice social distancing as best as possible for the duration of your visit. Full details of how your visit will be managed can be provided by the onsite staff team, when requested. Please do not visit should you feel unwell, it’s in the best interest of everyone’s safety. The onsite team will help with any further questions
