We recognise the ordeal of having to choose to move a relative into a safer, more stable environment, which is why at the initial assessment we ensure all an individual's needs can be met in the privacy of their own care suite. This is primarily for those living with low forms of dementia.
Our care staff are all well trained and know how to help the resident lead the quality of life they quite rightly deserve , despite the everyday challenges brought on by the presentation a Dementia diagnosis can display. Residents will be included and have a choice at all times in order to fulfil a quality of life so rightly deserved.
As the presentation of dementia progresses, we will risk assess and implement person centred care plans and review on a monthly basis in order to make sure we are keeping the individual safe at all times, we will also have dementia community nursing care available to assist and advise, helping our capable staff to be able to review the resident’s care plan and adjust for their evolving needs. However our suites are not suitable for the presentation of high levels of Dementia so it may become necessary for a more suitable home to be found to cater for increasing needs.
Our in house team are able to show you the show apartment via both virtual and face to face viewings! Arrange a face-to-face private viewing or instead have a viewing through facetime, giving you the same experience as if you were there yourself, with the benefit of still being able to ask the same questions you would when on a face to face viewing!
