  1. Arrange personal or 360 virtual tour viewing
  2. Select preferred apartment tailored for your needs
  3. Our team will visit you at your home to carry out an initial health assessment and to help identify your needs
  4. A contract and standard referencing checks will be carried out as regulated
  5. A deposit will be required to secure your apartment
  6. The Senior care team staff will start to arrange transition of care to Sterling House and organise any outside professional assistance or aids to be ready for admission date
  7. Once you’ve passed the reference checks and paid, a moving date is agreed
  8. Sign your contract and move into your brand new White & Sterling Residential care suite at Sterling House.
