The community led nursing care team is available for those with greater healthcare needs should they arise, requiring more extensive help from fully qualified community nurses around the clock. It’s our job to support those with complex needs, needs that can’t be given the attention they require within the home. The community nursing team will visit residents with catheters, skin integrity issues, eating and drinking issues etc.
The community led NHS nurses are committed to delivering the highest quality service possible, both in maintaining the active social lives of our residents and their health support. Anyone in need of nursing care will have a personalised care plan, one that is always being reviewed to keep it up to date with the requirements in place.
Our in house team are able to show you the show apartment via both virtual and face to face viewings! Arrange a face-to-face private viewing or instead have a viewing through facetime, giving you the same experience as if you were there yourself, with the benefit of still being able to ask the same questions you would when on a face to face viewing!
